Northern Edge Travel got the inspiration to see tourism from important angles to create the moments that will always be remembered. As an Ojibway community, Northern Edge is working for the Lac Seul First Nation people to grow and be recognized in the Tourism Industry and creating opportunities for residents to market their vendors, expose local talents, share our culture and history, and make a positive impact in the economy and environment.

As Canada being the second largest country in the world, Northern Edge has taken the initiative to help expand Aborginal Tourism across the country as the demand continues to grow amongst international travelers. Northern Edge is devoted to turning this part of Canada into an experience that is within your reach.

MEET THE FOUNDER

JEREMY CAPAY

Chief Executive Officer

 

Born and raised in Lac Seul First Nation since 1984. He has endeavored in the tourism industry for 12 years at various resorts from Server to Sales and Marketing. Seneca College graduate with honours in the Travel and Tourism program. His passion and understanding for tourism gives him the drive to see his home of Lac Seul First Nation become one of the authentic experiences of Indigenous and Adventure Tourism. His vision to see Lac Seul First Nation become a global destination of visitors from different parts of the world to experience this part of Canada. "It is my determination to provide hands on experiences for our visitors on what my people can excel of who we are as a First Nation community."
